Set up by our director, Paul Reayner in 2013 with the vision to provide a more personal, high-quality service to our clients throughout the UK, PMR has continued to grow year on year with many personal recommendations and repeat clients, along with many 5* reviews, which we believe speaks volumes for the service we provide.

The PMR
Journey.

Having been a mortgage and protection advisor since 2007, our director Paul Reayner has seen a huge amount of changes to the financial services industry over the years. This puts him in an excellent position when advising clients both new and existing.

PMR is only a small team of 2 advisors and 2 experienced administrators. This ensures we maintain the high levels of service and expertise that our clients deserve and have become used to.

Our two advisors, Paul and Paisley, have worked within financial services for over 20 years combined. They both worked within the property industry for many years before entering the mortgage world. This gives them both a lot of experience and understanding of the buying and selling process which is a great benefit to many of our clients.

Meet the team.

Paul

I started my journey in the property industry when I was 20, then after a few years started studying to become a mortgage advisor in my spare time before qualifying at the age of 26. Running a business does take up a lot of my time but outside of the office I am happily married with 3 beautiful daughters (that like to keep me on my toes!) and I like nothing more than spending time with the family, especially when we get away on a family holiday (which could be anything from camping in the New Forest to a holiday in Mexico). My other hobbies include working out in the gym, walking with my dog and occasionally a round of golf (which I would love to have more time to play!)

There is no better feeling in my role than being able to help a client achieve their dream of buying a property or getting their mortgage repaid as quickly as possible. Over the years I have built up many excellent relationships with my clients…many that I would now consider friends.

Paisley

I qualified as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor in 2019 but have worked in the property industry as an Estate Agent in Essex & London for 13 years. The knowledge gained throughout my career enables me to provide a well rounded service to my clients, helping them throughout their entire journey and not just on the mortgage.

I work with honesty and integrity and believe transparency with clients is key. I much prefer to educate people on mortgages and protection so that they can better understand the process and make informed decisions rather than using jargon to confuse them.

When I am not working, you will either find me at home relaxing on the sofa with my partner Lloyd and our cat Kevin or out to brunch (sometimes a bottomless one) with the girls!

Emma

I’ve worked for PMR since 2016, previously working in the Insurance industry for around 15 years.

Outside of the office I enjoy socialising with friends and family but most of my free time is spent on the sidelines of a football pitch or stage cheering my children on. Otherwise you will find me with a nice glass of wine and Take That on repeat!

Sarah

I’ve worked for PMR for 5 wonderful years since 2018, previously from a public sector background. I enjoy spending time with family and friends usually by way of eating, drinking and dancing.

I try to stay active and enjoy walking, roller skating, doing step and body pump classes in my spare time. If you lose me at the bar, you will usually locate me on the dance floor…
